Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Bass is the owner of Bass Plastic Surgery, PLLC and a nationally recognized innovator and authority on advanced technologies in aesthetic plastic surgery. Over the past 25 years, he has written and lectured extensively on his research in advanced surgical techniques including laser and other non-surgical technologies. He has over 90 scientific publications in journals such as Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Annals of Plastic Surgery and Lasers in Surgery and Medicine. He has presented his research results and aesthetic surgery techniques at over 200 scientific lectures at meetings before the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and Giants in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Symposium sponsored by Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, among others. He has served on the Device and Technique Assessment Committee of the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation, on the Board of Directors of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery and on the Non-surgical Techniques Committee of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Medical Student
Summer Hardy is the co-host of the Park Avenue Plastic Surgery Class and a current medical student in New York City. With her background as a former medical assistant at Bass Plastic Surgery, she's passionate about learning about the latest innovations in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics.
Co-hosting alongside Dr. Bass, Summer makes it easier for listeners to understand the often complex decisions that come with plastic surgery treatments, breaking it down in a way that’s clear and patient-friendly.
Medical Assistant
Doreen Wu is a medical assistant at Bass Plastic Surgery, PLLC. When Dr. Bass began planning for the launch of the Park Avenue Plastic Surgery Class podcast during the height of the pandemic, he approached Doreen to be his cohost and sidekick throughout the project. As a lover of podcasting and all things aesthetics, Doreen was all in, and the rest has been history.
